Clients are expected to provide consolidated feedback within 5 business days of milestone delivery. Additional feedback rounds beyond the original scope may be subject to change orders.
2. Roles & Responsibilities. We assign a dedicated deployment lead and AI security architect for each engagement. Clients are asked to appoint a single internal point of contact for feedback coordination and approvals. Larger organizations may assign IT leads and compliance officers to assist during integration and security validation phases.
3. Stakeholder Availability. Timely access to decision-makers, IT teams, and data owners ensures a smooth deployment. If feedback, infrastructure access, or approvals are delayed by more than 10 business days, we may place the deployment on hold and reassign resources to other active projects. A restart may incur reactivation fees or timeline changes.

5. Communication Tools. We use email, Slack, or Teams based on client preference. All deliverables, access credentials, compliance documentation, and change approvals are recorded via email to ensure clarity, audit trails, and shared understanding throughout.
6. Scope Reminders. If you ever wonder "Is this in scope?", just ask. We will clarify without pressure. If it falls outside the deployment scope, we will provide a clear, fair estimate for your review and change approval.
